This AUP is incorporated by reference in your hosting services agreement with Stellar Technology Solutions, LLC.
Your services may be suspended or terminated for violation of this AUP in accordance with your hosting services agreement with Stellar Technology Solutions, LLC.

The provisions of this Policy are intended as guidelines and are not meant to be exhaustive. Generally, conduct that violates law, regulations, or the accepted norms of the Internet community, where or not expressly mentioned in this Policy, is prohibited. Stellar Technology Solutions, LLC reserves the right at all times to prohibit activities that damage its commercial reputation and goodwill. Stellar Technology Solutions, LLC will notify the Client immediately of any violation and the Client will cease the said violations immediately.
You may not use Stellar Technology Solutions, LLC networks, systems, or services to engage in, foster, or promote illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behavior, including but not limited to:
- Undertake or accomplish any unlawful purpose. This includes posting, sorting, transmitting or disseminating information, data or materials that is libelous, obscene, unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of any person or entity, or that in any way constitutes or encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, federal or international law, order or regulation.
- Post, store, send, transmit, or disseminate any information or material that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, offensive, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, distressing, vulgar, hateful, excessively violent, incites violence, threatens violence, or contains harassing content or hate speech; racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, regardless or whether this material or its dissemination is unlawful.
- Upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, create derivative works of, or distribute in any way information, software or other material obtained through the Service or otherwise that is protected by copyright or other proprietary right, without obtaining permission of the owner;
- Upload, "hotlink," post, publish, transmit, reproduce, create derivative works or distribute in any way information, software or other material that is protected by copyright or other proprietary right, without obtaining permission of the owner.
- Restrict, inhibit, interfere with, or otherwise disrupt or cause a performance degradation, regardless of intent, purpose or knowledge, to the Service or any Stellar Technology Solutions, LLC (or Stellar Technology Solutions, LLC supplier) facilities, infrastructure, services, or systems used to deliver the Service;
- Participate in the collection of email addresses, screen names, or other identifiers or others (spidering or harvesting) or participate in the use of software (including "spyware") designed to facilitate this activity.
- Collect responses from unsolicited messages.
- Collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity, engage in sender falsification, forge anyone else’s digital manual signature or perform any other similar fraudulent activity.
- Transmit unsolicited bulk or commercial messages or "spam." This includes unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other solicitation materials, bulk mailing of commercial advertising, chain mail, informational announcements, charity requests and petitions for signature.
- Send numerous copies of the same or substantially similar messages, empty messages, or messages that contain no substantive content or send very large messages or files to a recipient that disrupts a server, account, newsgroup, or chat service.
- Initiate, perpetuate or in any way participate in any pyramid or other illegal soliciting scheme.
- Violate the rules, regulations, or policies applicable to any network, servers, service, computer databases or websites that you access
- Service, alter, modify, or tamper with the Stellar Technology Solutions, LLC Equipment or Service or permit any other person to do the same who is not authorized by Stellar Technology Solutions, LLC;
- Breach or attempt to breach the security of another user; or attempt to circumvent the user authentication or security of any host, network, or account. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for you, logging into or making use of a server or account you are not expressly authorized to access, or probing the security of other hosts, networks, or accounts;
- Unauthorized access to or use of data, accounts, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network;
- Use or distribute tools designed or used for compromising security, such as password guessing programs, decoders, password gatherers, unauthorized keystroke loggers, analyzers, cracking tools, packet sniffers, encryption circumvention devices, or Trojan Horse programs.
- Monitoring data or traffic on any network or system without the express authorization of the owner of the system or network;
- Any conduct that is likely to result in retaliation against the Stellar Technology Solutions, LLC network or website, or Stellar Technology Solutions, LLC 's employees, officers or other agents, including engaging in behavior that results in any server being the target of a denial of service attack (DoS).
Violation of this Policy by a Stellar Technology Solutions, LLC Client may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of Services, at Stellar Technology Solutions, LLC’s sole discretion. Stellar Technology Solutions, LLC does not issue service credits for any interruptions or outages incurred through service disablement resulting from Policy violations.
