About the Position
This position will report to the Customer Service Manager.
Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for assisting clients in their daily usage of our iPhi suite of software products.
- Interact with clients via email and telephone.
- Provide detailed client status reports.
- Multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Maintain and foster a positive relationship with clients.
- Address all customer issues and problems to their satisfaction and in a timely fashion.
- Work with software developers and technical staff to find appropriate solutions.
- Work with Stellar’s senior leadership on various customer issues as needed.
- Complete special projects or other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:- Associates or Bachelor’s degree. A concentration in accounting or finance a plus.
- Prior experience in a CSR type role in a business environment would be beneficial though not mandatory.
- Eventually the representative will be assigned specific clients to work with directly and will be expected to cultivate a professional working relationship with them. The CSR will also will work together with software developers and technical staff to find appropriate solutions.
- Strong customer communication skills and experience via phone and email dialog.
- MSOffice product knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- General skills in the following areas: Reporting, deadlines, time management, attention to detail, confidentiality, productivity, and general math skills.
